Cut cucumber into thin slices than half
and place in melted aspic jelly
Pour a little aspic jelly into a
mould /basin just enough to cover
the bottom, place in fridge for
A few minuets to set, then
Place a slice of tomato covered
with a slice of cucumber,
cover with aspic and return to
fridge to set
Arrange the cucumber all around
the bowl un till you reach the
top
Cover with clean film and
Place in fridge.
mayonnaise,
Pinch Cayenne,
Pinch Paprika
Smoked Salmon ( Blend in a liquidise
or Chopped into small pieces )
squeeze of lemon juice
Whisk the mayonnaise into the
water/Gelatine mixture,add lemon
juice place in fridge for a few minuets
un till it thickens slightly then
Fold in the salmon, then the cream

Serve with a garnish of lettuce,
lemon twist, and brown bread
